In 2016 my parents bought the ultimate project house.  My dad had just retired and knew he needed something that would challenge him and put all his DIY experience to the true test.  Their ~new~ home was built in 1850 with major, documented alterations made in 1911 and in the 1950s.  By 2016 most of the home was in need of a full renovation and lots of technical updates.  The rooms we’ve finished so far are the Kitchen and two bathrooms.  The kitchen was a full gut renovation and the two bathrooms were lovingly restored to their 1950s monochromatic fantasy.
